SE+AM Workshop

In Brooklyn NY
August 17
10 am – 2 pm

What happens in your body when you feel truly seen?
Do you open up?
Do you hide?
Do you perform?

Limited to 20 participants

We all carry patterns—protective strategies shaped by life, culture, and lineage—that turn on when we’re witnessed. These patterns aren’t wrong; they’ve helped us survive. But they can also leave us feeling disconnected from our relational, creative, authentic aliveness.

The same is true in how we see others. Our judgments, value systems, even the impulse to pedestalize or critique, reflect back how we, in turn, are patterned to  see ourselves. What gets in the way of witnessing another person in their wholeness?

In this half-day workshop,

we’ll explore these questions celebrating the wisdom of the body. Here, bodily intelligence is prioritized—the felt sense of what happens in you takes the lead, so that you can explore more risk and more authenticity with your body's consent. We’ll be working and playing using:

🌿 Authentic Movement – moving and witnessing with presence

🌿 Nervous system education – understanding the "why" in your body’s patterns

🌿 Verbal reflection – to integrate what’s felt into meaning, without rushing to analyze and theorize

This is an invitation to acknowledge strategies, expand your capacity to be seen as you are, and meet others with more embodied clarity and care.
