Description
Individual sessions are the absolute, best way to reach your specific goals most efficiently. Sessions are tailored to your specific bodily concerns, interests and physical personality. Starting with a posture analysis and core strength development, individual sessions offer total possibility to achieve your physical potential. Incorporating anything from Pilates basics to extreme sports training, individual sessions can bring changes ranging from alleviating back pain to back handsprings.

 

DUET TRAINING

1 hour and 10 minutes

Single session- $50-70/ per person

Description
Duet training offers the motivation of the presence of a friend and the assured attention to your specific body. Working with someone who is near your athletic ability or working with someone who just needs the support of a friend or loved one can be a good alternative to being lost in a large class setting and more affordable than one-on-one sessions. You will also find that you can learn a lot by seeing feedback given to another body. Sessions are as tailored to each person’s specific goals as possible.

 

TRIO TRAINING

1 Hour and 15 minutes

Single Session- $40-$60/ per person

Description
Trio Training is different from class settings because you work as a team. Developing common goals, you serve as a support for each other to reach those goals. Checking up on each other during the week, encouraging your friend’s commitment health or just pushing out of your personal comfort zone, Trio Training offers a targeted alternative to other types of training. Working with people at a similar fitness level is strongly suggested.
